Getting Started with Plesk on Noiz Hosting
This guide walks you through the first things to do once you have logged in to Plesk on your Noiz hosting, in the order a new site usually needs them. It points you at the detailed guide for each task rather than repeating it.
Last reviewed: 1 August 2026, against the current Plesk version Noiz runs. It complements the official Plesk documentation.
1. Log in to Plesk
Section titled “1. Log in to Plesk”If you have not already, sign in to your Plesk panel. The login routes and what to do if you cannot get in are in How to Log In to Plesk.
2. Add your domain
Section titled “2. Add your domain”Your website needs a domain before anything else. If your account did not come with one set up, add it: How to Add a New Domain in Plesk. The domain also needs to point at your hosting, which is covered in How to Point Your Domain to Noiz Hosting.
3. Put something on the site
Section titled “3. Put something on the site”Most Noiz sites are one of two things:
- WordPress — the quickest way to a working site. Install it with the one-click installer: How to Install WordPress with Softaculous, or see the WordPress section for everything after that.
- Your own files — upload your site with the Plesk File Manager or over FTP. See How to Create Files and Directories in the Plesk File Manager and How to Create an FTP Account in Plesk.
4. Create a mailbox
Section titled “4. Create a mailbox”Set up email on your domain: How to Create an Email Address in Plesk. Then read it on the web (How to Access Email from Plesk Webmail) or set it up on your phone or computer from the Email section.
5. Secure and back up
Section titled “5. Secure and back up”- SSL: secure the site with a free certificate so it loads over
https: How to Secure a Website with a Free SSL Certificate in ISPConfig describes the same idea; on Plesk the option is under the domain’s SSL/TLS Certificates. - Backup: turn on a backup so the site can be restored if something goes wrong: Plesk Backup Overview and How to Configure Local Backups in Plesk for a Subscription.
What next
